All Organic Easy Peach Cobbler

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Filling Ingredients:
Two 10 once frozen packages of sliced Organic Peaches, thawed
(or 5 cups of fresh sliced Organic Peaches)
2 Tsp. Cinnamon
3 Tbls. Organic Brown Sugar

Mix and place in bottom of deep dish pie plate or 2 qrt baking dish.

Topping Ingredients:

1 cup Organic Sugar
2 cups Organic Flour
1 tbls baking powder
1 tsp kosher salt
1 cup Organic Milk
7 tbls melted Organic Butter

Combine all dry ingredients in medium bowl and whisk till blended.
Add milk and melted butter and stir till batter is of an even consistency.

Spoon batter over filling mixture evenly, till it almost reaches edge of dish.

Sprinkle top with a small amount of cinnamon and sugar to garnish.

Bake uncovered for 60 minutes. Serve warm or cool with whipped cream or ice-cream.

Refrigerate leftovers.

Organic Grocery Shopping Bags

We love organic grocery shopping bags! Even though some of the major grocery store chains are now providing plastic bag returns, using an organic canvas tote bag is still a better solution.

It often strikes me how our society is returning to it's roots. We used to use burlap and cloth bags for our grocery needs before the advent of paper bags, and the unfortunate adoption of plastic bags close to 20 years ago.

Using plastic grocery bags for our groceries has put undue stress on our environment and pocketbooks in relation to pollution and clean up.

TIP: Keep your All Organic shopping totes in your car. We have all forgotten to grab our totes on a few occasions and keeping them in your trunk makes using them easy even for a quick trip to the market on your way home.
